FAQs

There are a few options to pay your utility bill. Here are your options:

  1. Sign up for Auto Pay - complete a 1-page Auto Pay form to have your utility bill withdrawn automatically monthly on the Utility due date (26th of each month). Service is FREE.
  2. Pay on our website by credit card using our 3rd party provider, Allpaid. There is a small fee of 2.95% of total amount.
  3. Call us to pay over the phone ... NOTE: This method is the same as #2 above. We are entering it online thru the website.
  4. Pay at the Village Hall via cash, check, money order, card during the hours of Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  5. Drop off payment in our Dropbox located outside our main doors - available 24/7. Dropbox is checked daily.

Contact the Village Hall, not Republic Services, for any changes to your residential garbage can. There are four tiers or levels for garbage service for residential homes. They are:

35-Gal.       $13.34/mo
65-Gal.       $14.08/mo
95-Gal.       $15.16/mo
(2) 95-Gal.  $19.42/mo.

Commercial have different rates. Commercial businesses should contact Republic Services directly.

Contact Village Hall with any questions on your water bill. If there seems to be a leak or high usage of water we can submit a work order to Public Works to review it.
