NOTICE TO WATER UTILITY CUSTOMERS

The 1996 Amendment to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) created a public information requirement for municipal water systems.

Cameron Water Utility is required to annually publish a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) and have copies available to the public upon request. The report describes the results of testing on the water system for the calendar year 2025, along with information about the water supply. In 2025 there were no contaminants in the drinking water. None of the tests conducted during the past had exceedances of the strict drinking water standards set by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WI DNR).

If you have any questions about the Consumer Confidence Report or would like to view the CCR Report, it is available at the Village Hall, 300 N 1^st St., Cameron, Wisconsin or can be viewed online at www.cameronwi.gov, or if you would like a paper copy of the 2025 Annual Water Quality Report mailed to your home, please contact Public Works Dept at (715) 458-2117.
